This is the plain-language version of how aifluent handles information. If anything here is unclear, email admin@aifluent.dev and a person will answer.

What we collect

When you request a demo or a pilot, we collect what you give us: your name, work email, company, and any role context you add.

When your team runs assessments in the aifluent workbench, we capture task-relevant evidence from the session: prompts, drafts, edits, decisions, and timing. We do not capture webcam, microphone, keystroke biometrics, or activity outside the workbench.

Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) are collected by our hosting provider to operate the service.

How we use it

To respond to your request, operate assessments your team has commissioned, produce reviewer packets, and improve the service.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use candidate evidence to train models.

Who processes it

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Calendly (demo scheduling), WorkOS (authentication), and our database providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Candidates

If you completed an aifluent work sample as a candidate, the hiring team that commissioned the assessment controls that data. Assessment output supports human review; aifluent never auto-rejects, auto-ranks, or auto-advances anyone.

You can ask us or the hiring team about the evidence captured in your session at any time.

Your choices

Email admin@aifluent.dev to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. We will respond within a reasonable time and honor applicable data-protection rights (including GDPR and similar laws).
