Terms of service.

The service

aifluent provides role-specific hiring work samples run in a controlled AI workbench, with evidence capture and human-review packets. Assessment output is decision support for your hiring team; it is not a hiring decision. aifluent never auto-rejects, auto-ranks, or auto-advances candidates.

Your responsibilities

Use the service lawfully, including compliance with employment and data-protection law in your jurisdiction. Hiring decisions, and the defense of those decisions, remain yours.

Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, misrepresent assessment results, or use candidate evidence for purposes beyond the hiring process it was collected for.

Pilots and payment

Pilot terms, pricing, and scope are agreed per engagement in writing. Where the site and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement wins.

Intellectual property

aifluent owns the platform, task-pack designs, and report formats. Your company owns its hiring decisions and the candidate materials it controls. Candidates keep the right to their candidate-safe artifact.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as-is during the pilot phase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aifluent's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.
